At this time we use United States Postal Service.

Shipping
We ship to the United States, & Canada.

Turn Around
It is our goal to fill and ship your order within 3 business days. If you place an order Friday – Sunday, it will go out on Wednesday of the following week.  Several of our products are made to order, please allow extra time for this.

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase so please be sure to ask questions before you purchase a product. Because of the nature of our products, we can not accept any returns, nor can we resell any returned items. If any product causes an allergy response, discontinue use immediately.

Shortages
If you find that you have received a wrong order or are missing an item please contact us at orders@bysoaps.com or use our contact form below.

Damages
If your package is damaged in transit you should refuse the package at the time of delivery, if you do not detect the damage until later, you must notify us as soon as possible (1-2 days), so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Be sure to save all the damaged packaging in case the carrier would like to inspect it. Also, you must comply with the carriers terms & conditions for handling damaged packages, or will can not honor a refund or replacement.

Undeliverable
When placing your order be sure you are giving the correct address, because if your order is returned to us as undeliverable because you gave us the wrong address, you will be responsible for the new shipping charges necessary to redeliver.

Refused
If for some reason your shipment is refused and returned to us, you will be responsible for all shipping cost, and a 15% restocking or re-delivery fee.
